THE ART OF MICROMECHANICS AND MECHANICAL COMPLICATIONS

All our watches are assembled and manufactured by hand

The manufacturing process is almost entirely manual. We produce no more than 200 watches per year. We are one of the few enterprises in the world that have a full cycle production, where almost all parts are produced at the Manufactory.

High quality standard and personal control of the master

During the production process, each part goes through three to seven stages of control, the quality of assembly and work of each model is controlled by at least three independent inspectors. The final stage - quality control and control of the caseback, is always done personally by Konstantin Chaykin.

A NEW APPROACH TO WATCH ART

The embodiment
of the original concept

The work begins with an author's idea. Then a large number of different sketches are made. When the appearance and composition of the future watch becomes clear, the process of designing and developing technical documentation begins. Then the very first watch prototype is made and a long process of bringing it to perfection begins. Various corrections are made endlessly, after the documentation is adjusted, a new prototype is produced. Then another one, and another, and another ... Only when the goal is achieved, all the aesthetic and technical requirements are met, the stage of producing watches for the client begins.

A NEW APPROACH TO WATCH ART

Technical
excellence

The assembled watch undergoes a multi-stage testing and, as a result, is tested for at least 1 month. During the tests, the operation of individual units of the movement is checked, for which the process of wearing a watch on the wrist by a person is emulated. If the result is successful, the watch goes to the final check by the master and if everything is normal, the back cover is installed and the tightness is checked. The final check and closing of each clock is performed personally by Konstantin Chaykin.

Mechanical watches always appreciated. They never get obsolete and will never become unfashionable. Mechanical watches are sterling treasure, which always can be sold with benefit or inherited to children and grandchildren. Wristmons are one of few representatives of the micro-mechanic world, who actually might be considered as investment watches. Their price in market of previous used watches exceed price of brand-new watches at Manufactory.
